Editorial :
Rivers that once were self-cleansing slowed and silted estuaries and harbours as the land elevated. This is our favorite cookbook. Pour yourself a nice glass of whiskey and enjoy this great book.. But having said the above, whether you need this latest edition is another matter. Actually the print was a little small for me. I tried to connect with the owner, Katrell Christie, but she was in India at the time, and unfortunately the connection faded into the background as I plunged into the world of magazine production. Some call that book "the Baby Boomers' Bible"--and there is a good argument behind such a claim. It's a nice addition to a reference library.. I have read by another reviewer that the reader did not appreciate the humor found within Ms. However, I feel that it is a true shame that someone hasn't done a groundbreaking work on the Seaboard. The author combines strong tasting knowledge of bourbon to complement the top notch research he did. Twists and turns and kind of sad..
