Editorial : First cigars and gin topped the list. Then red meat, Cadillacs, coffee with caffeine, and sleeping late all began to edge toward extinction. Barbara Holland makes an impassioned defense of life's little pleasures in a book that will entertain diehard sinners, comfort the secretly licentious, and encourage those who just need a little nudge to abandon jogging and no-fat salad dressing.

Rice can get back to it, one that provides a more convincing answer to the question I had in my mind as I paid for this book--"What would Iain Rice do if he had an entire 20ft. Destined to lead his clan, he has no other option but to see to the welfare of his people. Then, in 1997, Ram Dass made headlines once again for suffering a devastating stroke. If someone would create a similar book on Seaboard it would sell like crazy. Unfortunately I wasn't very impressed, I would recommend Skinnytaste in replacement of this book.. I tried and tried and tried to read this book, but my eyes just glossed over the pages.
