This edition has been extensively revised from the original edition. I believe this edition offers much improved clarity and enhances the effectiveness and quality of the Four-book Series overall. The purpose of this book, along with volumes 2, 3, and 4, is to explain, in a progressive manner, the seminal relationship between astronomy, myth, and modern religion. The book shows that ancient mythology was, in fact, a written record of the celestial movements within the Cosmos, under the type of mythical deities. I have chosen the stories of the mythological characters of the Bible and Quran, including the mythical Jesus Christ, as a means of demonstrating the astronomical correlations between the lives of these biblical characters and the transits of the sun and other cosmic lights. Editorial : Most of us did not choose the religion that we worship under, no more than we chose to be born into this fickle world of challenges, intermixed with delights. Our religious affiliations, for the most part, are accidents of birth, that is to say, whatever religious persuasion we inherited from our parents or culture is the religion we have unsuspectingly embraced as our own, not by choice but rather in keeping with enduring family traditions. Actually the print was a little small for me. The book is invitingly wise, patient and compassionate, adeptly constructed upon Ram Dass's three-legged yogic foot stool of choice - a careful blending of the Bhakti, Jhana and Karma schools. Not Druga's best. Even though is unlikely that a single person could generate so much evil and power, Patterson's villain is feared. I was continuously struck by the transparency of Brian Borgman in his failings towards his adopted son and how the learning curve in parenting an adopted child can be quite sharp. The life of Nehemiah is an inspiring testament to the power of determination. It's a nice addition to a reference library.. "Winning with Your 403(b)" is the most complete source of information available for getting maximum benefits from your 403(b). This book was great! It takes a lot for me to not be able to put the book down, but this nailed it. I would definetely recommend it!!!. After the necessary setup Wolfson shows the reader how to con
