For me, Polishing stands alongside the impressive spiritual and scholarly works of other contemporaries like Stephen Cope (The Great Work of Your Life), Thomas Kasulis (Shinto), Georg Feuerstein (The Yoga Tradition), David Whyte (Crossing the Unknown Sea) and the dog trainer Kevin Behan (Your Dog is Your Mirror)..
